Bright Stores Newsletter March 2008
Bright Stores has been busy implementing new features and
functionality into our company store system. You may have seen a
few of these new features in your control panel. Some are big
additions and some are small, but they are all intended to make the
best company store software even better!
In this Newsletter we are highlighting four of our new features:
User Management, Group Activation Management, Product and User
Data Downloads.
Please keep an eye out for future newsletters highlighting more of our most recent system enhancements.
ADVANCED USER MANAGEMENT
Bright Stores introduces the most advanced user management system in
our industry. This new efficient tool will make user management
quicker and easier, freeing up valuable time for store administrators.
Several data points may now be updated in a flash, including:- Gift Certificates – add and remove balances and notes
- Budgets – add and reset balances and notes
- Points – add and remove balances and notes
- Which group a user is in – easily change groups
- Delete users – remove a users store access
This feature will save you a great deal of time and effort when you need to do that monthly updating!
MANAGE GROUP ACTIVATION
Inactivate
User Groups and entire user lists with a single click. Now you
can quickly turn off store access for multiple users at one
time. You can find this new functionality in the groups tab, at
the group level. DOWNLOAD USER AND PRODUCT DATA
Have you ever had the need to easily gather a list of all products
in your store? How about all of the users that have placed
orders? Now with a simple click of a button you may download your
store’s user or product data. This will make reviewing your
store’s products and users a breeze with an easy to read spreadsheet
format.
In your control panel Groups or Products tab, look for the “Download” button and follow the prompts.
