Bright Stores Points Stores & Rewards Programs

As many of you know, we have been hosting a series of Bright Stores University (BSU) Webinars for the past few months on various topics surrounding Company Stores.  A few weeks ago, we held a Webinar on Points Stores & Reward Programs.  While preparing for this webinar, we got to thinking… why aren’t more of our distributors using our Points store to support their OWN rewards programs?  What a fantastic way to reward your clients for their loyalty and repeat business, and also demonstrate your capability of offering a user-friendly and efficient online rewards program.  After all, (other than providing outstanding customer service) what are you doing TODAY to show your customers how much their business is appreciated?  Who doesn’t enjoy FREE products now and then…or even discounted products, based on order volume?  We’re simply suggesting that by offering your clients a rewards program, using the Bright Stores platform, you’ll attract and retain more clients!

New “Setup Charge” Feature

Yes, we’ve now added the capability of charging a Setup Charge for a product.  This feature will allow store administrators to enter in a Setup Charge at the product level.  This numeric charge will then display in the store front on the product page.  The Setup charge functionality will accommodate a onetime charge for a product, regardless of size/color/quantity, etc.

It’s training time!

Our own Vice President of Technology, Randy Hodson (native Iowan) is training for RAGBRAI® - The Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa®.  This 7 day bike ride across the state of Iowa is one of the longest, largest and oldest touring bicycle rides in the world.  Randy will be taking off for RAGBRAI XXXVII next month, July 19th-25th …Go Randy, Go!!!
